Bogotá.-This Friday afternoon, March 22, the 2024 General Assembly of Shareholders will be held at which the International Business and Exhibition Center of Bogota – Corferias, will present the results obtained during 2023.
According to Andrés López Valderrama, executive president of Corferias, this year marked a milestone by showing the best results in the 70 years of the organization.
The case of Corferias exceeded any expectation, as it was above the average achieved worldwide by achieving that 2023 exceeded the results of 2019, which positions the International Business and Exhibition Center of Bogota, as one of the leaders in the industry globally.
In the Financial Statements to be presented to the Shareholders’ Meeting, Corferias’ operating income at the close of 2023 reached levels of 141% compared to 2019. For its part, Ebitda was 49% above the 2019 result, demonstrating that the Corporation is above global results in terms of recovery.
